Here's your chance to help wounded military athletes Patty Collins (below-the-knee-amputee) and Melissa Stockwell (above-the-knee-amputee) make a difference in the lives of physically challenged girls. Just commit to raising $1,000 for CAF by Friday, April 24th. The weekend will be unforgettable and the funds your raise will help pay for specialized equipment, training and coaching expenses for deserving physically challenged girls around the world. CAF's mission is clear: give those with the desire to live active, competitive lifestyles every opportunity to compete in the sports they love.

Based on our most recent audited financial statement, more than 85 cents of every dollar raised is used by CAF to support its athletes.
